Finding open GMRS travelers repeaters is problematic.  While there are several lists available, they are less than complete.  While this is not meant to be a complete list of the west coast states, it is my personal list, either tested directly or made known to me by word of mouth.  If you have any info to add, amend or comment on, please Email me.
