This cache has changed a bit in the communicator approach since it was created in 2007.  The original page from 2007 is viewable at: index-2007.  Nostalgia more than anything.  Now in 2017, I was going to archive this cache but after reading through the logs, I just couldn't let it pass away for a technical challenge.  So hence the modification to salvage it.

This is easy find once you have the coordinates. Parking is within 10 feet of the cache. Please be discrete as the neighboring muggles will be watching. You are looking for a Altoids container.

This is the first in a series of A-1 area caches and now the only active cache left in this series.

A part of the original communicator was that I am a ham radio operator and that I was available via: GMRS/FRS or Ham UHF radio and suggested that you could call me when in the area.  None of that is possible now as things have changed over the years.  All will be explained if you solve this modified puzzler. My Call sign was WB6WUI and is now NO7RF.

It's tough to rate this cache for difficulty.  Either it's so very simple or incredibly difficult.
